These surprise cupcakes are rich and easy to prepare, inside they have an exquisite dulce de leche filling that will leave everyone craving a second cupcake.

Ingredients

32 portions
  • 4 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cups chocolate chip
  • 120 grams White chocolate, grated
  • dulce de leche, (cupcake molds)
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

Before adding the flour to the mold, we sift it (go through a strainer to remove any lumps it contains).
We preheat the oven to 180 degrees C or 360 F and place cups in cupcake molds.
In a saucepan we combine the flour, salt and sugar.
The eggs are beaten apart with the vanilla
We unite the mixture of the eggs with the flour, mix well (this mixture can be done with the mixer or with a spatula) and the butter is added, beating constantly until a compact and homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Add the grated white chocolate with a ladle and mix gently.
Add the mixture in the molds, place 3/4 (do not fill the entire mold, remember that the cupcakes rise and thus avoid overflowing)
In each of the molds add 1 1/2 teaspoon of chocolate chips, sinking it as much as possible.
They are placed in the oven cooking for approximately 20 minutes, or when a toothpick is inserted and it comes out dry
When the established time has passed, remove them from the oven and put them to cool.
Apart add the dulce de leche (arequipe) in a sleeve with a nozzle to fill, fill each of the cupcakes, sprinkle them with icing sugar. They can also decorate as you like.
