12 portions
  • 100 grams flour
  • 100 grams cornstarch
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 200 grams butter
  • almond essences, or hazelnut to taste
  • 4 tablespoons espresso coffee
  • 2 teaspoons cream cheese
  • 220 grams cream cheese, (cheese frosting)
  • 200 grams powdered sugar, (cheese frosting)
  • almond essences, or hazelnut (cheese frosting)

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare the mold with the caps.
Beat the butter with the sugar until it whitens. Add the yolks one by one, continue beating. Add the flours (previously sieved) and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Assemble the whites to the point of firm snow. Incorporate the previous mixture in an enveloping form.
Separate a couple of tablespoons of dough and add two tablespoons of coffee. Mix well and bake 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool and crumble the cake. Mix it with the cheese and make a little ball (like the center of the cupcake). Reserve.
Incorporate the essence to the mix. Place a little mixture in the crock, put the ball and cover with another bit of mixture. Bake for 15 min or until they are. Let cool.
For the Bitumen: Acremar the cheese with the essence and add the sugar little by little.
Riding and decorating

Sprinkle some cocoa, or you can add details, such as sparks, stars, etc.

Remember to fill up to 3/4 of the casserole with the mixture so that it does not go to sleep when baking.
