These blueberry muffins is not to be presumed but I am very rich !!!!!

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 250 grams of flour for bakery
  • 155 grams of refined sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons of yeast powder
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 250 milliliters of milk
  • 125 grams of Butter
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 125 grams of frozen blueberry

    Preparation

    Heat the oven to 200ºC.
    Grease a special mold for 12 muffins.
    In a mold mix all dry ingredients well and set aside.
    In another mold, mix the wet ingredients well.
    Add the wet ingredients over the dry ones and integrate quickly with a maximum of 10-15 movements.
    Add the frozen blueberries until they are incorporated.
    Put the dough in the molds and fill only ¾ of its capacity and bake 15-20 minutes until when you prick them with a pallillo it comes out clean.
    Remove the muffins from the oven, let stand 5 minutes in the mold and then unmold and cool on a rack.

    TIPS

    All ingredients must be at room temperature. Even if you are tempted to put more yeast, do not do it, you will only get the opposite effect. The blueberries must be added frozen so that their juice does not stain the mixture.
