Preparation
Heat the oven to 200ºC.
Grease a special mold for 12 muffins.
In a mold mix all dry ingredients well and set aside.
In another mold, mix the wet ingredients well.
Add the wet ingredients over the dry ones and integrate quickly with a maximum of 10-15 movements.
Add the frozen blueberries until they are incorporated.
Put the dough in the molds and fill only ¾ of its capacity and bake 15-20 minutes until when you prick them with a pallillo it comes out clean.
Remove the muffins from the oven, let stand 5 minutes in the mold and then unmold and cool on a rack.
