  • 200 grams cream, of marshmallow or Marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 900 grams powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Water

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a tray for cupcakes, you can put with waxed or floured saucers, it is to taste.
Prepare the cake mix according to the instructions in the box, add the pudding mixture until well blended.
Fill the cupcake molds, approximately 2/3 full.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden, remember to insert a toothpick inserted in the center and that comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely.
With a cutter of balls for fruit, take a piece to the center of the cupcake being careful not to reach the bottom.
Marshmallow filling: dissolve the salt in the hot water and let it cool.
Beat the marshmallow cream, the butter, the icing sugar and the vanilla until it is spongy. Add the salt water. The mixture should be light, but not as stiff as bitumen.
Place the mixture in a sleeve to fill, and pour into each cupcake, filling it only to the top.
Marshmallow and butter bitumen: beat the marshmallow cream, butter and vanilla until they are mixed and this creamy.
Slowly add the icing sugar. Note: the bitumen can be too thick at first, if so, add 3 to 4 tablespoons of water, but only 1 tablespoon at a time until the glaze reaches a smooth consistency.
Place the bitumen over the cupcakes, with the bitumen you should cover the center with filling.
