Ingredients

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Prepare two Halloween cupcake liners.
Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In an electric mixer beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Add the flour and milk mixture and beat until smooth.
Pour the batter onto the Halloween wrappers and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
While the cupcakes are cooking, make the bitumen by beating the cream cheese, icing sugar, butter and vanilla essence in an electric mixer.
Add 1 drop of orange food coloring (be careful because it paints the food coloring a lot) and finish beating.
Decorate the cupcakes with the orange frosting and plastic spiders.

PRESENTATION

Arrange cupcakes on large platter or cupcake stand.

TIPS

You can also make cupcakes with black or white frosting and top with ghosts or plastic pumpkins.
