Ingredients

12 portions
  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons salt
  • 2 1/4 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 package cream cheese, for bitumen
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter, for bitumen
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, for bitumen
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for bitumen
  • orange food color , for bitumen
  • Halloween cupcake baking cups , or whites
  • plastic spiders

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Prepare two cupcakes for Halloween cupcakes.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
In an electric mixer beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Add the mixture of flour and milk and beat until you get a uniform dough.
Pour the dough into the halloween paper and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
While the cupcakes are cooking, make the bitumen by whipping the cream cheese, the icing sugar, the butter and the vanilla essence in an electric mixer .
Add 1 drop of orange dye (be careful because it paints the dye a lot) and finish beating.
Decorate the cupcakes with orange bitumen and plastic spiders.

PRESENTATION

Place the cupcakes on a large plate or cupcake base.

TIPS

You can also make cupcakes with black or white bitumen and put on ghosts or plastic pumpkins.
