This recipe for Vanilla Cupcakes with Glass of Lemon serves to prepare 12 cupcakes decorated with a delicious lemon frosting that you can use to your liking to give an original touch to your cupcakes.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour without sweetener
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons of vanilla essence
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 1 piece of egg white for the glass
  • 2 cups of powder sugar for the glass
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon essence
  • 4 drops of Vegetable food coloring green

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
    Place the butter in a bowl, beat until creamy, then incorporate the sugar in the form of rain, integrate the 2 eggs one by one keep beating, then place the essence of vanilla.
    In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder, sieving over the butter mixture.
    When half of the ingredients have been incorporated, add the milk, continue mixing at low speed, finish incorporating the flour.
    In a mold for cupcakes place 12 cape, place the previous mixture inside them, fill only the 3/4 parts with the mixture. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool and decorate.
    For the glass: Place the egg white in a bowl, beat with a fork, add the icing sugar with a colander, keep mixing, place the lemon essence and the dye drops, continue whisking until you get a smooth mixture (not liquid) ).
    Decorate the cupcakes with the glass, decorate with colored nuggets and frosting edible.

    PRESENTATION
