Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 sticks butter, (90 gc / u) cast
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 Vanilla flavor custard, danette 100g each
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 2 chocolate flavor custard, danette 100g each
  • powdered sugar, to sprinkle

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 18o ° C.
Beat butter with eggs and sugar until lightly fluffed. Add the milk with Vanilla Danette® Vanilla Custard and vanilla essence; gradually incorporates the wheat flour previously mixed with the baking powder. Beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Divide the mixture into two equal parts; to one of them, add the Danette® chocolate flavor and mix until incorporated.
In a pancake mold, previously greased and floured, place a bit of the vanilla mixture in the mold, then a little of the chocolate mixture, and so on until the mold is filled ¾ parts. With the help of a mixing knife to obtain marbling.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool, unmold and serve it sprinkling with the icing sugar.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with a little sprinkled sugar.
