This recipe is a delicious chocolate dessert, a decadent chocolate cake. Change the desserts with your children, do not let them get bored of it every day and surprise them with this new, exquisite flavor.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 200 grams cookie, Digestive type
  • 100 grams butter
  • 100 grams raspberry
  • 100 grams bitter chocolate, Nestle Black Desserts
  • 100 grams milk chocolate, Extra-thin Nestle with hazelnuts
  • 300 creams, assembled
  • 1 sheath clear vanilla

Preparation

Crush the cookies with the melted butter until you obtain a paste and place on the base of a removable 20 cm mold, already lined with paper, pressing with your fingers. Leave in the refrigerator.
Melt the 2 chocolates in the microwave, a few minutes until you get a cream.
Add seeds of the vanilla pod.
Once the chocolate cream is cold, add 200g of whipped cream and mix carefully.
Pour into the mold with cookie base and leave in the refrigerator for 3 hr. Leave the cake for a few minutes at room temperature and unmold on a tray. Garnish with the rest of the whipped cream and some raspberries.
