Preheat the oven to 175ºC.
In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, caramelize 1/2 sugar. Carefully pour over 4 molds of vidirio, making sure the bottom is covered evenly. Let it cool.
In another saucepan, heat the milk until it is about to boil. Incorporate the milk little by little in the eggs and beaten egg yolks, until mixing well.

Place a damp towel in a large baking dish.
Place the molds on the towel and place the mold in the oven.
Put enough water in the mold so that it reaches half of the molds.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the custard has settled. Remove from oven and let cool. To serve invert the molds on individual plates.
