Preparation
Preheat the oven to 120ºC.
Cook the sweet potatoes in a pot with boiling water and a little salt for 10 minutes.
Once they have softened, remove from the fire and drain the water.
Place the sweet potatoes in a lightly greased baking dish.
Make a cut in the center of the sweet potatoes and introduce 1 tablespoon of butter in each one.
Bake the sweet potatoes for 5 to 10 minutes or until they look golden brown.
Introduce a spoonful of honey inside each sweet potato, sprinkle a little sugar on the surface and serve.
