Preparation
In a bowl we toss the mixture for chocolate cake, there we add the 3 eggs, the oil and whole milk, mix well.
We proceed to liquefy the 5 eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk and vanilla.
In the baking dish we take cajeta and scatter it all over the bottom, then pour the mixture for chocolate cake and then the liquefied mixture (for the flan).
Place the mold in a Maria bath and take it to the preheated oven at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean.
When it is ready, let it cool and take it to the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
At the time of serving, we place a plate on top and carefully turn over, we will see how is the part of the flan on top and the chocolate cake below. We proceed to decorate!
