Preparation
Cover the bottom of the platter with soletas.
Beat the cream until it becomes hard.
Empty the cream on the soletas.
Cover with half of the finely grated chocolate.
Add more soletas over, again cream and in the end the chocolate.
It goes into the refrigerator until it is cold.
