A delicious plum dessert that has a slight red wine flavor, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 Cup of blackberry pulp or plums
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 1 Cup of natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of unflavored gelatin

    Preparation

    Blend the plum pulp, sugar, condensed milk and yogurt.
    Hydrate the grenetine and once hydrated melt it in the microwave.
    Put the plum smoothie in a bowl and mix with the grenetin homogenously.
    Place the mixture in a mold for the refigerator or in individual cups.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate this delicious dessert with slices of strawberry or fresh plum.

    TIPS

    You can put blackberries or red fruits for a milder flavor.
