Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 liter milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 5 milliliters liquid vanilla
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • to taste cinnamon powder, to decorate
  • to taste raisin, to decorate

Preparation

Boil the milk with the sugar, once it boils; lower the fire.
Apart in a pot add the tablespoons of cornstarch, a dash of vanilla, an egg yolk, a pinch of salt and a splash of milk to integrate.
When it begins to boil the milk is integrated and mixed. (It does not stop mixing because it sticks and becomes lumps).
When it starts to get too heavy as if it were paste, slowly add a can of evaporated milk without stopping to move. Once integrated, remove from heat.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with ground cinnamon and raisins.
