Preparation
Turn your burner over medium heat, in a saucepan add the cream and let it boil.
In another bowl mix the grenetina with three teaspoons of water and let stand.
Add the sugar to the cream and mix until everything is well incorporated.
Melt the grenetin in the microwave for 20 seconds. Add it to the previous mix and incorporate well.
Remove the mixture from the fire. Add the mixture in the container you want and refrigerate for 1 hour.
For the raspberry sauce: Add the raspberries in another saucepan and mix until they start to boil.
Once ready, add water, sugar and mix until incorporated.
Remove the mixture from the heat and let cool.
Bathe the panna cottas with a little raspberry sauce and decorate to taste.
