Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 cups San Juan® Egg White
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 540 grams cake flour, Flour prepared for vanilla cake
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cups oil
  • 4 cups raspberry
  • 500 milliliters whipped cream
  • 1/4 cups sugar

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees centigrade. Grease a cake pan with butter.
In a bowl, mix the San Juan® egg whites, flour prepared for cake, water, milk and oil. Beat the mixture at low speed for 30 seconds, then beat the mixture at medium speed for 3 minutes. Place the dough in the mold.
Bake for 35 minutes. Let the cake cool for 20 minutes.
Beat the cream with ¼ cup of sugar.
Marinade the raspberries with sugar, reserve until they begin to release juice.
Cut the cake in half and place whipped cream.
Serve a slice, sprinkle impalpable sugar and pour some of the raspberries.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle some icing sugar on the cake. You can replace the whipped cream with strawberry ice cream.

TIPS

You can serve it with a delicious red fruit sauce, simply grind a cup of red fruit with a cup of whipping cream.
