Preheat the oven to 190 degrees centigrade. Grease a cake pan with butter.
In a bowl, mix the San Juan® egg whites, flour prepared for cake, water, milk and oil. Beat the mixture at low speed for 30 seconds, then beat the mixture at medium speed for 3 minutes. Place the dough in the mold.
Bake for 35 minutes. Let the cake cool for 20 minutes.
Beat the cream with ¼ cup of sugar.
Marinade the raspberries with sugar, reserve until they begin to release juice.
Cut the cake in half and place whipped cream.
Serve a slice, sprinkle impalpable sugar and pour some of the raspberries.
