Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 Red apples
  • 8 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups pinion
  • 150 grams goat cheese
  • honey

Preparation

Wash the apples. Cut them in half and remove the center (without peeling). Cut them into thin slices, put them in a dish and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
In a pan brown the pine nuts lightly. Cut the cheese into thin slices. Accommodate the apples and cheese on each plate. Distribute the pine nuts on them.
Heat the honey a little and put a little on each plate on the apples and cheese. Serve immediately.

se antoja como postre y como entrada yo lo serviria como entrada cambian la miel por un aderezo de queso azul ó mostaza y miel, también con aceite de oliva y finasyerbas.
