The apple crumble is a traditional dessert from England. It is very easy to make and for the simple of its ingredients we all love it.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/4 cups honey, for the crumble
  • 1 cup flour, for the crumble
  • 2 cups sugar, for the crumble
  • 1/2 sticks butter, for the crumble
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon, for the crumble
  • 1/2 cups walnut, for the crumble
  • 6 apples
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 lemon, its juice

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients of the crumble until you get a consistency of sand.
Varnish an oven mold with butter.
Mix the water with the lemon juice.
Cut the apples into slices.
Put the apples in the mold and empty the water.
Put the crumble on top of the apples and put in the oven at 180ºC for about 30 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve with vanilla ice cream.
