Preparation
Mix all the ingredients of the crumble until you get a consistency of sand.
Varnish an oven mold with butter.
Mix the water with the lemon juice.
Cut the apples into slices.
Put the apples in the mold and empty the water.
Put the crumble on top of the apples and put in the oven at 180ºC for about 30 minutes.
