These apple fritters with granola and chocolate are spectacular! Imagine a crunchy apple ring with cinnamon covered in chocolate and a crunchy granola with quinoa, which you are waiting to prepare.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 apples
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cups bitter chocolate, melted, to decorate
  • 1 cup Granola with quinoa Kellogg's®, to decorate

Preparation

Cut the apples into slices and with the help of a circular cutter remove the center so that they are hoops.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients very well until you get a homogeneous mixture, it should not be too liquid or too thick. Cover the rings with this mixture.
In pot, heat the oil and fry the rings until golden brown and pass through absorbent paper.
Cover half of the rings with melted chocolate and decorate with Kellogg's® quinoa granola.
