    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

    Place the cream in a bowl and cover with sticky plastic. Let cool and reserve.
    On a wooden board, cut the apples into thin slices, add the rum and the sugar substitute. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
    On a wooden board, join the apples forming a strip, roll up to form the roses. Form several roses and reserve.
    Fill the cake with the pastry cream, decorate with the apple roses. Serve cold.
