Almond butter is high in fiber and a good source of vitamin E which is important for the health of your little one's immune system.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 Red Apple
  • 100 grams of granola
  • 30 grams of raisin
  • 2 spoonfuls of almond butter

Preparation

Wash the apples and remove the heart.
Slice the apple into slices 1 cm thick.
In 2 slices spread a bit of almond butter, sprinkle granola and raisins.
Top with slices that do not have almond butter. Serve immediately.

No es practico Se lee practico pero no lo es.. La crema de cacahuate no se puede untar en la manzana se resbala, y cuando lo logras se tendrá que comer de inmediato porque la crema y el jugo de manzana con el pasar de los minutos se va mezclando de tal manera que en el tupper queda una mezcolanza no agradable a la vistaLa hice y Yo no la recomiendo

Hola priscila, puedes sustituir la crema de cacahuate por nutella o mermelada. Y si es el puro cacahuate lo que está prohibido, nuez de la india, almendra o coco tostado
