To finish a meal always this recipe of Apple Tempura bathed with a little honey to make a complete dessert is good.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 3/4 cups beer
  • 3/4 cups flour
  • salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 2 green apples, without heart and cut into slices
  • oils
  • honey, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl combine beer, flour, sugar and salt, mix.
Put to heat the oil until it has a temperature of 375ºF.
Put the apple slices in the mixture.
Remove and fry for 3 minutes.
Transfer the tempura and put on absorbent paper season with salt.
Serve with soy sauce.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with a little honey on top.
