Apples poached with red wine are great to accompany a meat or a duck. They have a flavor of spices and wine that is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 700 milliliters Red wine
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 whole clove
  • 1 star anise
  • 50 butter

Preparation

Peel the apples.
In a pot put all the ingredients.
