Apart, boil 1 liter of water with the sugar until a syrupy consistency is obtained, remove from the heat and add the previously cast apple water.
In another pot, pour the guavas over low heat. Add the syrup you made and the lemon juice. Move until the bottom of the container is visible (approximately 45 minutes).
Remove from heat, cover a rectangular aluminum mold with waxed paper. Pour the mixture and let it rest for 24 hours.
