Cut the top of the apple to create a lid. Remove the heart and then extract the inside of the apple.
Chop what you extracted from the apple finely, combine it with the sweetener, cinnamon powder and apple cider vinegar.
Add the chopped nuts and place the stuffing back in the apple. Put the lid on top and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes at maximum power.
Take out of the microwave, let cool for 1 minute and enjoy.
