Try this easy and delicious dessert of Baked Pears, it is a gluten-free recipe, they are pears with honey and Greek style yoghurt, a perfect combination for a delicious dessert and easy to make.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 pears, without heart and cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0% Honey
  • 1/8 cups raisin
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg powder

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
Cut 2 sheets of aluminum foil and place in the container.
Put on the paper four pieces of pear on putting them lightly in the middle of the aluminum foil.
Take the Greek Style Yoghurt container FAGE® Total 0% Honey and sprinkle half of the honey on the pears.
Sprinkle with half the raisins, half the lemon zest and a pinch of nutmeg.
Fold the foil completely and seal the edges c pressing with your hands.
Repeat the steps with the other pear. Place in a refractory and bake for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes and open the aluminum packages. Be careful with hot steam.
Serve with Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0% cold and sprinkle with the remaining honey.
