Banana Cake with Chocolate

Dessert very simple to make with ingredients that we have at home, ideal to offer at a dinner for dessert or for snack time. The kids will love it.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 little boat vanilla flavor custard
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups soy juice, mango flavor
  • orange blossom essence, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons instant oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons wheat flour
  • powdered chocolates, to cover the mold, quantity needed
  • cooking spray oils

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees centigrade.
Add all the ingredients in the blender minus the oil and chocolate.
Blend until you get a smooth mixture without lumps.
Grease a pancake mold and cover the bottom and walls with the chocolate.
Pour the mixture into the mold.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes, and remove until cooked. This we will know if when introducing a knife in the center it comes out clean.

PRESENTATION

It can be served with orange marmalade, fruits in syrup, yogurt, nutella, etc.

TIPS

Depending on the power of your oven will be the time of cooking the cake. I recommend that every 10 minutes after the first half hour, check the cake because cooking also depends on the mold you use.
