Preparation

Place a pot of water on the stove. Add the sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Once it comes to a boil, add the peeled pear.
After 20 minutes, turn off the heat, add the mint and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a deep plate.

TIPS

If you can't find vanilla beans, you can substitute vanilla extract.
