Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 pear
  • mint leaves, to taste
  • 1 sheath liquid vanilla
  • Water, necessary amount
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 on no-calorie sweetener

Preparation

Place a pot with water on the stove. Add the sweetener, vanilla and salt. Once it breaks to a boil, add the pear without peel.
