Delicious and sweet banana fritters with cinnamon and sugar. They are a little different from the traditional Mexican donuts but with a better flavor.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 Cup of wheat flour
  • 2 pieces of banana from Tabasco
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 3 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar to sprinkle
  • canola oils to fry

    Preparation

    Bananas are beaten with milk and flour.
    The sugar is added little by little.
    Put the oil in a deep pan.
    With a spoon, the mixture is fried until it is well browned.
    Place them in a disposable tray to absorb the excess oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

    TIPS

    For a better flavor you can substitute wheat flour for hotcakes.
