Fresh apples covered in a super basic candy, refined sugar with a touch of red coloring. Easy to prepare, I'm sure your children will love it.

Ingredients

15 servings
  • 15 apples red or green
  • 4 cups of sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of White vinegar
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 teaspoonful of Red food dye

    Preparation

Lightly grease a baking sheet. Wash and dry the apples and insert thick wooden sticks in each one of them.
Place the sugar, vinegar and water in a small saucepan over moderate heat. Let it boil and add the artificial coloring. Mix and cook on low heat until the syrup reaches a temperature of 150 ° C, or until putting a few drops of it in a glass with cold syrup forms a hard ball.
Remove the pan from the heat and place it in a mold with cold water until the syrup stops boiling. Then take an apple for the toothpick and dip it into the syrup until it is completely covered. Drain the excess syrup in the apple and place on the greased tray. Let stand until the syrup has hardened.
Repeat the procedure with the rest of the apples and the syrup.

    PRESENTATION

You can decorate them with nuts, sparks or chocolates.

    TIPS

Wait until they have cooled completely.

Lo de opacas es porque el punto caramelo te falló. Lo sacaste antes de tiempo. Eso creo yo
