It is a delicious dessert for any event, a special dinner or a birthday that you want to look good with all your guests I hope you like it and take advantage of it.

  • 5 packages Marie biscuit
  • 1 1/2 cans peach in syrup
  • 200 grams walnut, chopped
  • 200 grams raisin
  • 1 kilo cream, of your preference
  • 1/2 cups sugar


In a blender the peach juice is placed with the cream, the sugar and a peach is liquefied all and the mixture is made with which the carlota is going to be made.
In the refractory one will make a layer with the cookies so that they will be placed all in the bottom of the refractory, it is inverted in the first layer the cream mixture with peach approximately one cup and pieces of peach will be added with the chopped nut and the Raisins and the next cookie layer will be placed.

It will be covered with aluminum foil to place it in the refrigerator and so taste it cold as if it were cake.
