Preparation
Dissolve the gelatin in 300 milliliters of water and add the soluble coffee. Take to the fire and mix.
In a bowl beat margarine, egg yolks and condensed milk. Gradually add the mixture of gelatin and coffee and continue beating.
Place a layer of cookies (previously soaked in milk) in a refractory and pour a little of the previous mixture.
Repeat this step until the mold is filled. Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour, garnish with whipped cream and fruit.
