Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/4 cups chia
  • 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon blueberry
  • 4 raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons no-calorie sweetener

Preparation

Mix the chia together with the almond milk and the sweetener without calories, let it rest for 15 minutes until it thickens.
Add the red fruits and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a glass cup.

TIPS

You can replace the almond milk with soy milk.
