Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 can condensed milk, LA LECHERA® (sauce)
  • 1 cup Water, (sauce)
  • 1 on Powder Mix NESCAFÉ® Vanilla to Prepare Coffee Cappuccino Vanilla Flavor, (25 g) (sauce)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch, (15 g), dissolved in ½ cup of cold water (sauce)
  • 12 flour tortillas, hot
  • 3 bananas, cut into slices
  • 3/4 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1/2 cups oil, (125 ml)

Preparation

For the sauce, heat the LA LECHERA® Condensed Milk with the water and when it begins to bubble add the NESCAFÉ® Powder Mix Vanilla to Prepare Cappuccino Coffee Vanilla flavor with the previously dissolved corn starch; heat over medium heat for 10 minutes or until lightly thickened, moving constantly to prevent sticking.
For the chimichangas, put in each tortilla a little banana and walnut; Form the rolls by folding the tips inwards to prevent the filling from coming out.
Heat the oil and fry the rolls until golden brown on both sides. Place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat, bathe with the sauce and decorate with red fruits.

TIPS

You can close the chimichangas with wooden sticks.

Excelente cocina Digo que diferente vuestra cocina de la que tenemos en argentina. Uds tienen muchos productos para mi desconocidos. Y parece todo tan apetecible, tan rico. Si viviera allì no serìa delgada.
