These chocolate covered apples are perfect for any event, and the flavor combination is incredible. The best of all is that they are very simple to prepare and look great, you can decorate them to your liking.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 liter water
  • 4 apples
  • 2 cups dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 cups White chocolate, melted

Preparation

In a pot, heat the water until it boils. Remove from heat.
Soak the apples in the hot water for a minute and pat dry. Insert the skewer sticks into the center of each apple.
Cover two apples with dark chocolate and two with white, remove excess chocolate and place on waxed paper. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
Place the leftover chocolate in waxed paper cornets and decorate the apples. Let it dry.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with ribbons.

TIPS

You can decorate with dried chopped fruit.
