Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 cups of peach dried apricots cut into cubes
  • 30 grams of golden raisin
  • 20 grams of walnut
  • 50 grams of peanut peeling without salt
  • 50 grams of nut from Brazil
  • 20 grams of pistachio peeling without salt
  • 30 grams of raisin
  • 50 grams of pecan
  • 1 teaspoonful of Ground ginger
  • 2 cups of White vinegar
  • 1 teaspoonful of garam masala
  • 1 2/3 cups of Water
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 2/3 cups of brown sugars

    Preparation

    Mix the apricots, the garam masala, the sugar, the ginger, the raisins, the salt, the vinegar and the water in a pot. Bring the preparation to a boil.
    Lower the heat, to a low temperature, and let boil for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    When the chutney has thickened it will resemble a jam. At this point you should remove from heat and let cool.

    PRESENTATION

    Place the chutney in a beautiful jar.

    TIPS

    Cook the preparation on low heat, avoiding heating at minimum heat.
