A delicious strawberries jam with a touch of chia, perfect for spreading on a bread. It is a jam that is not cooked, so strawberries retain all their vitamins. Delicious!

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of Strawberry or any red fruit
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 3 spoonfuls of chia
  • 23 spoonfuls of honey or glucose

    Preparation

    With the help of a food processor, crush the strawberries until the desired consistency is obtained.
    Pour the mixture into a glass bowl with airtight lid, and add the lemon juice, chia seeds and honey. Stir well until everything is integrated, cover tightly and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until the desired consistency is obtained.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the jam with toast and butter.
