Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams strawberry, or any red fruit
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chia
  • 23 tablespoons honey, or glucose

Preparation

With the help of a food processor, crush the strawberries until the desired consistency is obtained.
Pour the mixture into a glass bowl with airtight lid, and add the lemon juice, chia seeds and honey. Stir well until everything is integrated, cover tightly and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until the desired consistency is obtained.

PRESENTATION

Serve the jam with toast and butter.

TIPS

Keep the jam in a jar with a lid in the refrigerator.
