Preparation
Heat the oven to 190ºC. Grease and flour a cake mold, in which we will serve.
Slice the apples and sprinkle with lemon juice, arrange them in the cake mold. Chop the almonds.
Mix oatmeal, flour, sugar and butter in small pieces with a fork or with a pastry blender. Let the butter be well mixed. Incorporate cinnamon and almonds.
Sprinkle this mixture over the apples to cover well. Bake for 45 or 50 minutes. Serve warm.
