It is a family tradition, during the Lenten season, to make a delicious dessert, Easter bread. It is a rich bread with a sweet flavor, thanks to the nuts that the recipe carries. It is the perfect dessert for the waking season.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/8 cups butter, (125 g)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons anise
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons almond, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons walnut, chopped
  • 1/2 cups raisin
  • lemon zest, to taste
  • powdered sugar, to taste (to decorate)
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Add the butter, the icing sugar in a bowl and begin to beat. Add the eggs one by one while continuing to beat. Add the lemon zest, milk and anise.
Once the mixture is homogeneous, add the flour (little by little), the baking powder, salt, nuts and raisins.
Flour a mold with butter and flour.
Empty the mixture in the mold and bake for 45 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with milk or coffee.

TIPS

Allows it to cool properly before unmolding it.
