Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 Cup of plantain ripe peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 spoonfuls of condensed milk
  • 6 spoonfuls of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of White vinegar
  • 2 spoonfuls of powder sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of vegetable butter
  • 5 spoonfuls of milk
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 1/4 of Cup of bittersweet chocolate chip
  • cooking spray

    Preparation

    Cook the plantain in boiling water for 10 minutes and remove. In a deep bowl with a fork, mash the banana and add the condensed milk, mix.
    In a deep bowl mix 1/2 cup of flour, cold water and vinegar with a balloon whisk. Add remaining flour, icing sugar and salt and mix with a fork.
    On a damp surface, place plastic paper and place the dough there. Cover and freeze for 10 minutes.
    Preheats the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
    Remove the mass from the freezer and plastic and place on a clean surface with a little flour. With a rolling pin, flatten the dough and cut 24 circles with a short cookie. Place the circles on a baking tray previously greased with cooking spray.
    With the finger moistens the edges of the circles with water. With a spoon, fill each circle with 2 tablespoons of banana puree and some chocolate chips. Close the circles in the pie shape and squeeze the edges with a fork.
    With a pastry brush, cover the patties with a little of the milk and sugar. Bake for 17 minutes or until lightly browned.
    In a deep bowl mix the remaining chocolate chips with a little milk and put it in the micro for 30 seconds. Use this sauce to accompany your dessert.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the empanadas with a little glass sugar accompanied by the chocolate sauce.
