Preparation
Wash the peaches to remove the syrup.
In a pan like those used to flap the crepes or other preparations, add sugar to taste.
Once you see that a caramel is forming, add butter and peaches. Turn them over so that all the peaches are impregnated with caramel and butter.
Add the mint liqueur and a little cinnamon. Light the flame.
Once boiling, turn off and serve on a plate, decorating with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a cherry.
