It is a very easy recipe and it is a delicious dessert as for a romantic and family dinner not just for a dinner but for a breakfast meal etc. I hope you like it.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 300 grams butter
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 100 grams egg yolk
  • 200 grams egg white
  • 450 grams flour
  • 15 grams royal baking powder
  • 250 grams pineapple juice
  • 4 slices pineapple
  • 4 cherries
  • walnuts, necessary amount
  • raisins, necessary amount

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Beat the whites to the nougat point.
Spread the butter with the sugar until fluffed.
Add the condensed milk in a thread, taking care not to cut the mixture.
Add yolks one by one.
Sift flour and baking powder and integrate simultaneously with the pineapple set.
Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle sugar, then place the pineapples, cherries, walnut and raisins making a figure.
Take to the oven.
When leaving the oven let cool 1hr and unmold.

esta muy facíl de preparar lo único que sugiero, es que en cantidades de los ingredientes sea mas especifico ejem con los huevos para mi, el dar la cantidad en unidades.
