Preparation
Peel and wash the bananas, cut into 1-inch thick slices and brown them in the hot oil.
Drain them well and place them between two sheets of transparent film. Flatten them with the help of a board so that they are very thin. Immerse them a few minutes in water with crushed garlic, then drain and add salt.
Fry again until golden brown, drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
