Ingredients

3 servings
  • 3 pieces of banana green
  • oils to fry
  • 1 clove of garlic Crushed
  • Salt to taste

    Preparation

    Peel and wash the bananas, cut into 1-inch thick slices and brown them in the hot oil.
    Drain them well and place them between two sheets of transparent film. Flatten them with the help of a board so that they are very thin. Immerse them a few minutes in water with crushed garlic, then drain and add salt.
    Fry again until golden brown, drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.

    TIPS

    You can also present them as garnish for fish, meat or eggs.
