Simple fruit skewers that are great for children's parties and are healthy.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 cups strawberry
  • 2 cups blueberry
  • 1 manila mango
  • 2 bananas

Preparation

Strawberries and blackberries are placed in water with a few drops of disinfectant. Then they are dried well and the tops of the strawberries are cut off.
The bananas are cut into thick slices and a few drops of lemon are added to them so that they do not become brown.
The mango is cut into cubes.
The skewers are assembled so that they are as in the photograph.

PRESENTATION

The skewers are placed on a platter.

TIPS

They can be made with other fruits.
