Ingredients

Preparation

Peel the green apples, remove the inside, chop them to cook until they dissipate and form a puree.
Egg yolks, cornstarch, milk and sugar are required. Put the milk in a suitable container to put on the fire, add little by little cornstarch, depending on the texture you want to give it (with more cornstarch the cream gets thicker). Add the sugar to taste, previously mixed with the egg yolks and mix.
The whites of the eggs used for the pastry cream are beaten until stiff, add the sugar and then let them rest.
