The best way to finish a barbecue is with this recipe of grilled fruit skewers. Prepare them in your best barbecue!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 mango, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 papayas, cut into cubes
  • 3 kiwis, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 pineapples, cut into cubes
  • 1 banana, cut into slices
  • 1 lemon, its juice

Preparation

Nail the pieces of fruit on each skewer and squeeze a lemon.
Grill the skewers rotating until they take color.

TIPS

Use metal skewer sticks.
