Ingredients

4 portions

  • 2 1/4 cups mango, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Splenda, granulated

Preparation

Blend mango with water, lemon juice and splenda (rectify sweetness).
Place in refractory and freeze completely.
