Preparation
Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds. Remove the pulp in the form of pearls or balls, or cut into small squares that will be divided into 6 glasses.
In a bowl, mix the wine with the ginger and the sugar until it has dissolved; distribute the wine in the 6 glasses.
Garnish each of the cups with a sprig of mint placed on the edge.
