Ingredients

12 portions
  • fruits, choice
  • 2 pears
  • 2 eggs
  • vanilla essence
  • sweetener
  • 50 grams lard
  • 100 centiliters milk
  • self-raising flours
  • 2 apples

Preparation

Peel the chosen fruits and cut them into cubes, process them until they are mashed.
Add the rest of the ingredients until obtaining a homogeneous paste, add flour until the mixture is like the cake of the box.
Arrange the preparation in a chosen mold (in this case one of pudding).
Preheat the oven to 180ºC and cook approximately 30 minutes.
