Ingredients

2 servings
  • 250 grams of oats natural flakes
  • 2 spoonfuls of bee honey
  • 10 pieces of raspberry
  • 1 piece of banana Tabasco
  • 2 spoonfuls of grated coconut
  • 3/4 of Cup of almond milk

    Preparation

    Add the oatmeal, milk to a medium bowl, mix with two tablespoons of grated coconut.
    Remove the peel from the banana and cut it into medium slices. Add it to the mix along with the raspberries and finish adding a spoonful of grated coconut. Close and put the refrigerator to rest throughout the night.
